Covid-19 Protocols

Due to the Covid-19 Pandemic, we adhere to the protocols developed by the State Medical Board of Ohio.  We also adhere to the Travel Advisories recommended by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

At this time we are not accepting walk-ins.  All massages are by appointment only.

We are not accepting cash payments.  We do accept Checks, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa with proper identification.  We accept Massage Cafe Gift Cards only, we DO NOT accept Spa Finder or other like Gift Cards.

We use FDA approved medical grade disinfectant surface cleaner at our front desk, in our restroom, and on all surfaces in each treatment room before very session.

Everyone wears a mask when they are on our office.
We take forehead temperatures of every therapist every day before they begin work.
We take forehead temperatures of every client and require them to complete a Covid-19 Questionnaire before we work with them.

None of our therapists may work with you if they have Covid-19 symptoms.

Per the CDC, symptoms of COVID-19 include the following:
Fever or Chills
Cough
Shortness of Breath or Difficulty Breathing
Fatigue
Muscle or Body Aches
Headache
Sore Throat
New Loss of Taste or Smell
Congestion or Runny Nose
Nausea or Vomiting
Diarrhea
